お嬢様 = Daughters from noble families. Lisa's (setting) is from a noble family.
吸う = Smoke, absorb, smell (and kiss, but it's not very commonly used)
I found "kiss" to be somewhat more accurate to deliver what Kamito has said so I picked that one.
I kinda rushed the Chinese one so this one I took my time and actually got some more edits into it. Lisa is so fun to watch but is a real pain to translate. I hope my translation is good enough to deliver!
